Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: “Number 17 Pitt Street has a driveway and gardens at the front and more gardens to the rear.

“Downstairs is a hall, reception room, dining kitchen and pantry, with the bedrooms and bathroom with WC upstairs. Gas central heating and double glazing is fitted, but modernisation is needed.

“Number 22 also has gardens to the front and rear, with the potential to create off-road parking at the front.

“Its interior lay-out is the same as number 17, and it also has gas central heating and double glazing, but again it requires refurbishment.”

And speaking about the third property he said: “This property on Barnes Road is a ‘Wimpey No-Fines’ home – a non-standard concrete construction that was designed to meet the needs of the post-Second World War housing shortage.

“The property sits on a large corner plot with gardens at the front, back and sides, plus off-road parking to the rear, and this makes it suitable for potential development, subject to planning permission.

“Inside is a hall, two reception rooms, kitchen, side entrance and utility area with toilet downstairs, and three bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and a shower upstairs.

“Gas central heating and double glazing is fitted, but the property needs modernisation.”

The three Stafford houses are being sold on behalf of a social landlord, and they will be among 177 lots appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction, due to start at 8.30am on Wednesday, December 10.

The auction will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
