Plans for 250 new homes submitted to Lichfield council among latest applications in Staffordshire
More than 200 new homes are being proposed for land south west of Tamworth.
Developer Bloor Homes has submitted a screening opinion request to Lichfield District Council, to find out if an Environmental Impact Assessment is required as part of a planning application for land at Sutton Road, Mile Oak.
A development of up to 250 homes is proposed for the site, alongside access, drainage, public open space. planting and landscaping.
