Labour win in Bloxwich West by-election
Labour candidate Patti Lane was elected Bloxwich West councillor following yesterday's by-election.

She polled 1,049 votes after a turnout of 21 per cent. Conservative candidate Abigail Pitt had 783 votes, UKIP's Elizabeth Hazell secured 195 and Lib Dems Christine Cockayne 61.
