The two new traders will bring a range of unique dishes to the food hall
Two new food traders will soon begin operating at a market in Birmingham.
Original Patty Men (OPM) and Indian Cafe Racer have announced that they will begin operations within Saint Paul’s Market in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
OPM said its new menu will include the classic cheeseburger and Louisiana Slammer, alongside topped fries, chicken nuggets and exclusive specials, bringing its bold flavours to the Jewellery Quarter.
Meanwhile, Indian Cafe Racer said its menu will include favourites such as the broccoli 65 and chilli chicken, slow-cooked butter chicken and mutton kosha curries, as well as a selection of sides.
Dishes cooked over fire on the robata grill will also be introduced soon.
Joe Schuppler, co-founder of Saint Paul’s Market, said: ‘’We’re always looking to champion brilliant independents that bring something unique to Jewellery Quarter’s food scene, and we’re so excited about OPM and Indian Cafe Racer joining our lineup!’’
