MP and Archdeacon now in Who's Who guide to society's most powerful people

A Dudley MP, the Archdeacon of Walsall and a university professor have today joined the great and the good in the latest edition of society bible Who's Who.
New entries in the famous book include Dudley South MP Michael Wood, professor of hepatic pathology at the University of Birmingham Stefan Hubscher and the Venerable Dr Susan Weller, Archdeacon of Walsall.
The yearly release contains biographies of more than 33,000 of the most talented, powerful and influential people in the world.
Everyone in Who's Who is invited to compile his or her own entry, so entries can be as long or as short as celebrities wish.
Professor Hubscher is a West Bromwich Albion season ticket holder and shareholder, which he proudly mentions in the recreations he lists in his Who's Who entry.
He becomes the eighth Baggies fan in the book.
Three ex-Wolverhampton Polytechnic students make it onto the list.

Natalie Brett, aged 54, Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University of the Arts in London, is one of the former students making their debut in Who's Who.
Joining her are Judge Tina Landale, a 50-year-old circuit judge based in Peterborough, and the Rt Rev Cameron Venables, 50, a guitar-strumming assistant bishop in the Diocese of Brisbane, Australia.
Judge Paul Lopez, 56, a circuit judge based at Pipers Row, Wolverhampton, is also in there. He was born in Wolverhampton and educated at Pendeford High School.
In his Who's Who entry he lists one of his recreations as collecting Nelson memorabilia and is a member of the Nelson Society and the 1805 Club.

Judge Lopez modestly tells his life story and lists his achievements in 10 lines, which is four lines fewer than the entries of President Obama and Vladimir Putin and five lines fewer than the 15 line entry of the Pope.
The new entrants will sit alongside some of the most famous faces of all time in what is the 168th edition of the popular book, which started out as a simple list of the names of notable people back in 1849. The Black Country contingent and all the other new entries will now remain in Who's Who until they die, when they will be automatically transferred to Who's Who's sister publication,Who Was Who.
The 2016 edition of Who's Who will be published by A & C Black on Monday, priced at £280.
