New ‘City Cross’ model adds off-road looks to Fiat Panda city car
Fiat has revealed a new model to the Panda range

Fiat has revealed a ruggedly styled addition to its Panda city car range.
The new City Cross might get off-road styling but, unlike the four-wheel-drive Panda Cross it takes inspiration from, it’s still strictly a city slicker. Under the diminutive bonnet sits a 1.2-litre petrol engine with a 68bhp output that feeds just the front wheels.

Changes over the standard Panda are mostly aesthetic. The exterior gets chunky black cladding, with a body-coloured skid plate at the front and the same 15-inch alloy wheels found on the Panda Cross.
There are two new body colours available in the form of Minimal Grey and Electronica Blue – the latter isn’t available on any other model variant.
Inside, the fascia that encircles the dashboard is a subdued matte grey, while the central dashboard is black.

Buyers can also tick the Style pack, which adds roof bars, body coloured door mirrors and red hooks at the front. Meanwhile, the interior gets a copper dashboard and seat upholstery.
The Panda City Cross is available now with prices starting from £12,995. This puts it in the middle of the Panda range, with prices ranging from £7,199 for the entry level model, to £15,705 for the 4×4 Cross variant.
