Wolverhampton Porsche dealership to open on April 4

A new £5 million Porsche dealership which will create 34 new jobs is set to open its doors in Wolverhampton on April 4.

The Porsche Centre is relocating from Sutton Coldfield to purpose-built premises on Stafford Road, near to the i54/junction 2 gateway to the city.

Around 34 people, including five new recruits, will be employed at the centre, which is one of only two official Porsche showrooms in the West Midlands.

Tim Johnson, of Wolverhampton council, said: "This is a prestigious development on the northern gateway of the city and a major boost to the local economy."
