VW campers shown off at BusFreeze event

Thousands of campervan devotees converged on Staffordshire from all over the UK to show off their beloved Volkswagen homes on wheels.

The BusFreeze event at Bingley Hall in Stafford over the weekend was a chance to buy, sell, compete or just pay tribute to icons of yesteryear.

Among the attractions on offer at the weekend were an array of special VW Campers from classics through to the modern T5 vehicles fitted out with plasma screens.

The event also featured dozens of trade stands and demonstrations showing everything from how to revamp interiors through to how to completely strip and rebuild an air-cooled engine.
