Massive vegan festival heads to Staffordshire promising delicious treats
The festival will offer sweet treats, scrumptious vegan cakes, refreshing drinks and free samples.
A vegan festival is heading to Staffordshire featuring over 50 stalls.
Vegan Events UK, organiser of vegan festivals around the UK, has announced the event is coming to the county for the first time on September 27.
Staffordshire Vegan Festival will feature plant-based foods and drinks, cruelty-free beauty, skincare, home wares and gifts, plus talks, demonstrations, workshops and information on a vegan lifestyle.
The festival, at Leek Road Venue, Stoke-on-Trent, will offer sweet treats, scrumptious vegan cakes, refreshing drinks and free samples.
Festival organiser and founder of Vegan Events UK, Victoria Bryceson said: “Since 2017, we've been bringing the best of vegan living to communities across the UK.
“Our festivals offer a one-stop destination where you can discover amazing plant-based products, support small family-run businesses, and see just how delicious, accessible, and varied vegan living can be.
“Join us at our first Staffordshire Vegan Festival in Stoke-on-Trent and explore the vibrant world of compassionate living.
“Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, or want to find out more about plant-based living or a vegan lifestyle, or simply want to enjoy a great day out, everyone is welcome.”
Featured stalls include Miracle's Mission, a non-profit animal welfare organisation that works with sick, injured and disabled animals worldwide.
Its mission is to provide a place of safety for animals in danger, to educate on the needs of neutering both pets and strays and to neuter stray dogs and cats to prevent the birth of more animals onto the streets. It also rehabilitates and re-homes dogs in need, often with disabilities, from its UK rescue base.
Staffordshire Vegan Festival takes place from 10.30am to 4.30pm.
Standard entry is £5 (under 16’s free) and VIP tickets are £15, to include a goody bag full of vegan products, samples, discounts and offers.
