Fire at home caused by food on the hob
Twenty firefighters were called to tackle a kitchen fire started after food was left cooking on a hob.

The blaze broke out at a detached house in Baswich Lane, Baswich near Stafford just after 12.20pm yesterday. (THURS)
The woman homeowner led her family to safety before dialling 999.
Station manager Paul Richins, said: "This was a serious fire which caused extensive damage to the entire downstairs area of the house.
"It serves as a stark reminder that you should never leave cooking unattended, even for a few minutes, as the consequences can be devastating."
