A Black Country shop that hosts a gents’ outfitters is listed for sale at auction next month.
The retail investment opportunity at 1 High Street in Wednesfield, near Wolverhampton city centre, will have a guide price of £80,000+ in Bond Wolfe's next livestreamed auction on Thursday, February 5.
Ian Tudor, commercial auction director at Bond Wolfe, said the tenant known as Dapper Dan, a formal suit hire business, has been trading at the site since 2001.
