390-year-old pub near Wolverhampton forced to close at busiest time of year because of water leak beneath golf course
A popular country pub has been forced to close due to a water leak at a neighbouring golf course.
The Barley Mow, on Penn Common, near Wolverhampton, was forced to close yesterday after the leak caused the water supply to be cut off.

Richard Wellington, general manager of the pub in Pennwood Lane said the water supply was expected to be restored today (Monday).
"It's cost us a lot of money, we would normally be packed during the period between Christmas and new year, " he said.
