A planning application has been lodged with Dudley Council by Firmpride Ltd, which would transform a site in Webb Street that was previously used for grazing animals.

A design and access statement, submitted along with the planning application, says that over recent years the land has become unused and an opportunity for fly-tipping.

It says the dwellings would be "generously set back from the street with private off street parking".

There would be a mixture of two and three bedroom homes and each would have two car parking spaces.
