'Better than being closed!' Wolverhampton shoppers tell us what they think of new 'temporary' store inside iconic former Marks & Spencer store
Shoppers in Wolverhampton have weighed in on the new Home Values store that has opened in the city centre's flagship former M&S store.
Wolverhampton shoppers were devastated by the closure of the city's iconic Marks & Spencer store on Dudley Street in September this year.
But now, following the purchase of the building by Nottingham-based developer the ALB Group for £3.4m earlier this year, a new business has taken up residence in the iconic building.

Home Values officially opened its doors on Thursday (December 11) although the new store is billed as a "temporary tenant" by the ALB Group, which hopes to redevelop the building into new apartments and "modern retail units".

We visited the new store on opening day to see what shoppers thought.
