The Wolverhampton-based competition is played for by clubs across the West Midlands since being founded in 1926 and has raised over £450,000 for blind and sight-impaired people, including those cared for at the Beacon centre in Sedgley.

Cup fundraiser Sylvia Enefer said: "The West Bromwich have always been very supportive of us and everything helps as we look to raise the magic £500,000 figure in our landmark year of 2026.

"This year's competition is well under way so any support from football enthusiasts and others at the games is always welcome."
