Officers from West Midlands Police's specialist County Lines Task Force, targeting the drugs line known as the K Line, carried out the raids at properties in Horseley Fields, Tettenhall and Wednesfield on Thursday, December 4.
A substantial amount of what is believed to be heroin and crack cocaine was seized, and a quantity of cash was also recovered.
Police said the evidence will be forensically examined as the investigators continue with enquiries.

Two men aged 30, one aged 29, and a woman aged 28 have been arrested on suspicion of possession of drugs with intent to supply.
