Lucy McNeillie, multiple birth midwife at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, said it was a 'fantastic evening'.

She said: "We decided to organise the evening for parents of twins and triplets to meet other families for support, as a lot of twin groups have closed down since the COVID-19 pandemic.

"We organised tea, coffee, cake, and games for the little ones to play with.

"The infant feeding team were there to provide support too, as well as some of the consultants who have looked after the mums over the past year.

"It was a chance for them to make friends and get in touch with other families. The feedback we have had was really positive, and we hope to organise another one soon."

Sian Green, mother of twins Luca and Leo, said they loved the evening.
