See the latest heartfelt messages added to Wolverhampton's Tree of Remembrance

Names are being added to the annual Wolverhampton Tree of Remembrance to honour loved ones and raise funds for charity.

Shoppers are invited to leave a memorial message which will be displayed in exchange for a  £5 donation per listing which includes the person's name and words which is then put on the tree and in a cabinet nearby.

Their messages will be included in the Express & Star in the run up to Christmas. 

This year the beneficiaries of the money raised will be Sponsored Breaks, a local Community Interest Company (CIC) which recognises people who are most deserving of a free camper van holiday; Wolverhampton MS Therapy & Oxygen Centre which offers therapies for people with long term medical conditions; Compton Care Hospice trust and Rotary Club of Wolverhampton Charitable Trust which funds a range of causes at home and abroad.

The City of Wolverhampton Rotary Club Tree of Remembrance remembers loved ones over Christmas, situated in the Wulfrun Centre. Here are messages that have been posted, with proceeds to charity:
