Furniture store opens in former Wolverhampton pub without planning permission
A furniture store which opened without planning permission is now seeking consent o remain.
Alliance Commercial Property has submitted a retrospective application for permission to convert the ground floor of the former Market Tavern in Salop Street, Wolverhampton, into a 4,500 sq ft furniture showroom.

Director Jamil Ahmad said the furniture business had been operating since March this year.
