Wolverhampton planners to decide on hostel which opened without permission

The application says the house had been used as an HMO since before 2017.
An HMO licence was granted in 2018, but when it was due for renewal in 2024, the issue regarding planning permission was raised. A new licence was only granted on condition that planning permission was obtained.
Applicant Paul Andrews of the HP Group said an inspector residents had to abide by strict conditions, and inspections were carried out every month.
