Police raid on shop in Wolverhampton uncovers large amounts of cannabis - three men arrested
Police have seized around 6kg of suspected cannabis and arrested three people at a shop in Wolverhampton.
Officers from West Midlands Police's Priority Crime Team, acting on information from the wider community, executed a warrant at the convenience store in Newhampton Road West, Whitmore Reans, yesterday morning (Wednesday, June 4).
Three men who were at the property were arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs with intent to supply.

The store remained closed today (Thursday) as investigations continued.

The men, aged 40, 60 and 61, have been released, two with strict bail conditions but enquiries are ongoing.
