Traffic signals fail on major Black Country road causing delays
Traffic signals have failed on the Birmingham New Road in Wolverhampton causing delays of around 15 minutes.
An engineer from National Grid is on the way to the A4123.
Congestion is building back to the A463 Black Country Route junction.
