Sanjay Singh, 10, and his 23-month-old brother Pawanveer, from the Dudley area, died in a crash earlier this month.

Their mother was also seriously injured in the Wolverhampton collision.

The family were travelling in their BMW, turning right into Lawnswood Avenue, when they were struck by an Audi S3 at around 8.45pm on March 14.

Wolverhampton Council advised motorists travelling down the Birmingham New Road to be patient as a funeral procession is expected to pass by.

The family are expected to pay their respects between 7.45am and 8.15am.

Tributes

The devastated family of Sanjay and Pawanveer have paid tribute to the brothers after the crash.

They said in a statement: “Our family are grieving over the tragic deaths of our two beautiful children, as well as dealing with the shock of the horrific crash."

Claire Williams, headteacher at Cotwall End Primary School in Sedgley, described Sanjay as the “life and soul of the class”.

She said everyone at the school was “completely devastated” by the deaths of the brothers and that staff and pupils were being offered support.

Flowers and tributes were placed at the scene on Birmingham New Road.
