Frankie Dettori meets fans at Wolverhampton racecourse
Horse racing star Frankie Dettori took the load off after riding to victory at Wolverhampton racecourse.
The Italian jockey was pictured with Irish racing fan Tommy Cox at Dunstall Park on Tuesday.
It was a successful night's work for the three-time champion jockey, who came first on Dhalam in the 7.10 race.
Dettori, one of the sport's most famous jockeys, posed for pictures with other fans in his colours before and after the race.
Mr Cox travelled to Wolverhampton with trainer David Broad and Little Stampy who came 2nd in the 8:10.
Dettori has attracted plenty of controversy during his career. In 2012, he was suspended from riding for six months after being found guilty of taking a prohibited substance.
He appeared on Celebrity Big Brother the following year.
