Nick and Julia Barnard, along with their son Ben, have transformed their home on Westbrook Avenue in Aldridge into a full, vibrant and colourful Christmas display for another year of fundraising for Acorns.

The display, which started on December 7, includes hundreds of twinkly lights, Christmas trees, light-up snowmen, a full colourful scene of the nativity in the manger and popular characters such as Paddington and Peppa Pig, as well as a full grotto for Santa.

The family started doing the display back in 1990, when they moved into the house as a way of helping charities, and Ms Barnard said it was something that was a beloved tradition for the family that they tried to make special for everyone.

She said: "It's just a really good way to help the charities out and we've been doing it for around 36 years now, so it's just brilliant and really lovely.
