Man, 32, arrested after knifepoint robbery in Willenhall

Police have arrested a man after responding to a knifepoint robbery in Willenhall.

Police were alerted to staff at a shop being threatened in Wood Lane, Willenhall, at just before 3.50pm on Thursday, 7 August.

Officers arrived on the scene and quickly traced a suspect.

A 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of robbery and remains in custody for questioning.
