Remedial work plans lodged for supermarket wall near historic church grounds

Bosses of a supermarket chain have lodged plans for remedial work to a supporting wall.

Lidl wants to carry out strengthening and repairs to the wall at its branch in Ablewell Street, in Walsall where steel supports have been installed in preparation.

Deadline for comments about the scheme which can be viewed at Walsall Council is September 12.
