The Stafford Spring Fair returned for 2026, and these 27 photos capture the joy of the day.
Thousands of people came into Stafford town centre for the Stafford Spring Fair, bringing increased footfall across the high street and town centre during the day.
The weather stayed dry, with many visitors exploring the stalls before going on to visit local shops, cafés and pubs.
Live music from acts including Acoustic Rainbow, Disco Divas, Stone Cold Sober...ish and The Noughtie Boys ran throughout the day alongside street food and retail stalls.
Families were also well catered for, with free activities for children including a bouncy castle and didi cars. The Easter Bunny, Belle and a Spring Stilt Walker were also walking around the event meeting families and handing out small giveaways to younger visitors.
Several charities also attended the event, using the opportunity to raise awareness of their work and raise funds while engaging with the large number of visitors in the town centre.
The event was hosted by Cat K from local radio station Vibe 1. Stafford Town Crier Adrian Bashford officially declared the event open.
The event, which was a hit for young and old, was supported by UKSPF Stafford Borough Council in association with Vibe 1 Radio,.

Lorraine Conkey, Director of Staffordshire Cultural Events CIC and organiser of the event through LR Partnership Events, said it was good to see so many people choosing to spend their day in Stafford.
“Thousands of people came into Stafford for the Spring Fair and it was good to see the town centre busy. Events like this bring people into town and encourage visitors to spend time in the shops, cafés and pubs.”
