Plans have been lodged for a new build on land near a conservation area near Stafford.

Applicant Craig Summers, of Telford, wants to develop a single dwelling on a parcel of land at Magazine Field in Magazine Lane off Long Street in Wheaton Aston near Stafford.
The scheme is for a black-coloured flat roof building with aluminum triple glazed windows and black doors and parking space for five cars.
