Council chiefs have welcomed the arrival of an innovative additives manufacturing plant to a business zone on the Wolverhampton-Staffordshire border.
The SI Group is the latest international corporation to move onto the The Central Edge Growth Zone in Four Ashes near Wolverhampton.
SI Group, a leading global developer and manufacturer of performance additives, process solutions, and chemical intermediates, has officially opened its new European Innovation Centre as part of efforts to expand its innovation network be strengthening research and development to better serve customers worldwide.
South Staffordshire Council stated: "It’s wonderful to see SI Group investing in South Staffordshire, with the launch of their European Innovation Centre - bringing world-class research and development and sustainable innovation right to the heart of our thriving business community.
