One lane is closed on the A38 southbound in Staffordshire due to a carriageway defect.

Lane one of two is closed on the A38 south between the A513 at Hilliards Cross and the A5127 at Lichfield due to a carriageway defect.
Floodwater is not clearing delaying the infrastructure repairs, and the lane closure is likely to remain in place throughout the morning.
National Highways West Midlands are suggesting that a 20 minute delay is expected on approach.
