Images and video shared around the time of the incident show the rising tower of smoke, as well as flames licking the nearby trees.
It is unknown which building was involved in the fire, or the extent of the damage caused; however, one resident said that the flames appeared to be coming from a unit near the Site Clear building.

Scott Simms, a resident of the area, said: "I was on my way home and saw the smoke coming from the direction of Conduit Road, so I went to investigate.
"The road was blocked by police at the time, so I went the back way through 'The Mount', which is where I could see the smoke coming from."
Mr Simms' video shows the flames from the fire rising from above the yard of one of the factory units, nearly hitting nearby trees.
Smoke could also be seen being thrown from the blaze, rising above the nearby rooftops.

Norton Canes district councillor, Councillor Samantha Thompson, also shared images of the fire, saying: "There is a fire on an industrial estate on Conduit Road.
"Please try to avoid the area, and I would suggest that people keep their windows and doors closed. I hope that everyone is safe."
Emergency services have been approached for more information.
