Birmingham man charged with drug and driving offences after police found cocaine, cash and a mobile phone in Cannock
A man has been charged with drug and driving offences after officers found cocaine, cash and a mobile phone in Cannock.
Dragomir Bonculescu, 22, from Handsworth, Birmingham, has been charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A (cocaine), being concerned in the supply of cocaine, possessing criminal property, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance.
It comes after officers from Staffordshire Police's major and organised crime proactive teams searched a vehicle and its driver in Chadsmoor, Cannock, on Tuesday, August 12.
After conducting the search they found cash, a mobile phone and cocaine.

Bonculescu appeared at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on Wednesday, August 13 where he was remanded in custody to appear at Stafford Crown Court on Friday, September 12.
