M54 reopened following multi-vehicle collision in Staffordshire
The M54 westbound in Staffordshire has reopened after a major incident this morning (Jan 25)
A crash involving multiple vehicles on the M54 westbound between the M6 and junction one at Featherstone had left both lanes closed, but the vehicles have now been cleared to the hard shoulder.
An update was first posted at 9.20am on Sunday, January 25, followed by a post from X account West Midlands Roads.
The post read: "The M54 westbound from M6 to J1 (Featherstone) is closed due to a collision involving multiple vehicles. All emergency services on scene. Diversion details to follow."
Staffordshire Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service and West Midlands Fire Service have been approached for comment.
