Staffordshire Police's Road Crime Team spotted a car in Essington that flagged up as having no insurance.
After pulling the vehicle over, checks made by officers found that the driver only held a provisional licence.

The car was then seized by police and the driver was reported on the roadside by Staffordshire Police's Operation Lightning officers.
