A collection of majestic steam locomotives operated a busy timetable, while visitors to the Severn Valley Railway (SVR) were treated to the perfect winter scenes as snow covered the lines for the event.

Photographer Richard Watt, who snapped these stunning images on Sunday, said seven trains took the 16-mile trip from Bridgnorth to Kidderminster, without delays – despite the wintery weather.
