Man charged with attempted Newport kidnapping

A man has been charged with an attempted kidnap in Newport.

West Mercia Police have said Benjamin Pritchard, of no fixed abode, has been charged with attempted kidnapping with intent to commit a relevant sexual offence, and assault.
