West Bromwich Indoor Market has its first night of live music on a Friday with the return of the iconic Henry's Blueshouse to the West Midlands and it was totally fantastic

Henry's Blueshouse, which has roots in the blues scene dating back to 1968, has returned to the West Midlands with the first night of its weekly live gigs at West Bromwich's new indoor market every Friday.
The first of the weekly gigs saw Birmingham blues regulars, Rich Dickensons Driving Force, take to the stage in a fantastic free event.

The live music nights events were launched to help drive the night-time economy in the region, and help shine a light on the newly reopened West Bromwich Indoor Market.
Opening the first event was Jim Simpson, founder of the renowned blues label Big Bear Music.

He said: "The blues have been in the region before, but it's been a long time since it was back in town.
