Sale plan for tiny patch of land in West Bromwich

Council property bosses are considering selling off a tiny patch of land in West Bromwich.

Sandwell Council wants to dispose of the less than an acre plot situated in Campville Crescent in Stone Cross.

 The notice stated: "Sandwell Council is currently considering disposal of the freehold interest in approximately 11.1m2 of land at the rear of 65 Campville Crescent."

 A copy of the plan Number SAM/08860/009 can be be obtained by writing to Property and Assets, Property Services, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE or via email property_services@sandwell.gov.uk before November  4 quoting reference PS/SJP/65CAMPVILLE.

In 2024 Bobby Chambers, aged 92, celebrated 50 years based at his shop Stone Cross Motor Spares nearby in Beverley Road in Stone Cross.
