Man charged after weapons and drugs found in car in Wednesbury
A man has been charged after police recovered a firearm in Wednesbury.
Jahiam King, aged 21 and from West Bromwich, has been charged with possession of a firearm, ammunition, possession of a knife and possession of class B drugs.
He was due to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court today (Tuesday).
It comes after officers stopped a car on Crankhall Lane, Wednesbury in the early hours of Monday morning.
After searches of the vehicle and addresses, a live firearm, ammunition, cannabis and knives were discovered.
