Tipton pub wants permission to amend opening times
Operators of a Tipton public house are applying to amend its opening times.
The Horseley Heath in Horseley Heath in Great Bridge, Tipton, is currently open until 11am week days and at midday on Sundays.
Operator Punch Taverns Limited has applied to Sandwell Council to vary the premises licence to permit the premises to open 10am every day of the week, to extend sale of alcohol and licensable activities already permitted on the licence, to also extend Sunday hour for sale of alcohol and licensable activities already permitted on the licence until 11pm with a 30-minute drinking up time.
