Case against man accused of Tipton taxi driver murder is pushed back
The case against a man from Bilston who was due to appear in court charged with the murder of a Tipton based taxi driver has been adjourned.
David Harrison, aged 76, was due to appear at Dudley Magistrates' Court on Tuesday accused of the fatal shooting of 39-year-old taxi driver, Harun Khan.
Mr Khan, a father-of-four, was shot outside his home in Tudor Street, Tipton, at 9.25pm on March 3, 2008.
