Arrest as car smashes into railings in Tipton
A man was arrested after a car crashed into railings at a busy junction.
The smash happened at the junction of Locarno Road and Upper Church Lane in Tipton at around 4.30pm on Monday.
A Ford Ka suffered rear damage and was left perched on the pavement after crashing through railings.
Police said a 25-year-old man left the scene on foot but was arrested by officers.
There were no reports on injuries.
