£100,000 being spent on giving Smethwick playarea a spruce up
Youngsters in a Smethwick street will be looking forward to the completion of a £100,000 playground improvement scheme.
Sandwell Council is pumping the cash into transforming the Unett Stree playarea in Smethwick, as part of efforts to enhancing green spaces for residents.
The project will see upgrades to both the junior and toddler play zones including climbing, sliding, swinging and spinning.
