'Road blocked' and 'minor disruption' following Smethwick collision
A road has been blocked following a collision in Smethwick.
West Midlands Roads has warned of disruption to journeys following a collision in High Street, Smethwick.
The crash was first reported by the roads authority at 6.48pm, with West Midlands Roads warning to 'expect delays' in the area, and to plan ahead before travelling.
A large police cordon was later seen in place at High Street's junction with Coopers Lane and Crocketts Lane.
A West Midlands Roads spokesperson said: "High Street, near Crocketts Lane junction, Smethwick.
"Road blocked due to a collision.
"Expect delays in the area, plan ahead."
Emergency services have been approached for further information.
