YouTube superstar and entrepreneur Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji, better known as KSI, has met with a renowned Oldbury-based Volkswagen workshop to sign a custom vehicle that is due to be raffled off for charity this weekend.

The internet sensation was quick to oblige when asked to autograph a custom Volkswagen Lupo by Lee Southerton, managing director of Volksmagic, on Park Lane, who has planned to raffle the vehicle off for his charity Santa's a Gangster.

The charity raises funds to purchase presents for families in need, creating wacky and wonderful events and raffles to entice as many people as possible to get involved.

This year, the VolkMagic group travelled to London to meet up with KSI's YouTube team to sign the vehicle, with Lee saying he 'could not believe' how quick KSI was to jump at the chance.

He said: "As soon as KSI heard about the charity aspect of it, he was all for it. He really stepped up. It was really heartwarming to see someone of this fame get involved like that.

"KSI loved the car, he thought it was amazing. But when I told him about the charity and the fact that every penny of it goes towards the families. He was all about that. It was great to see."

KSI signed the car before talking to Lee and his team about the goals of the charity, with Lee saying that he was 'amazed' at how much effort KSI's team put in.

"We got to London and it was near one of his studios that he uses for filming. He actually stopped filming to meet us," Lee said.

"They were all such genuine people. People see them on the screen and make up their minds based on that, but these are all such nice people who just want to help out where they can. It was really nice."

All money raised through raffle ticket sales go towards the Santa's a Gangster charity, which buys presents for families at Christmas.

Lee said: "This is my charitable organisation, Santa's a Gangster, we work hand in hand with Free Radio's Mission Christmas: Cash for Kids appeal to help buy presents for families who are in dire times.

"We couldn't be happier with the car. I would like to thank every single person that has backed our campaigns over the years, and those who have helped support us, especially KSI and his team."

The car will go to the winner of the raffle this Saturday (October 25) with tickets on sale for 99p per ticket via the Volksmagic website, or on the Santa's a Gangster website.
