The post read: "Is there anyone who would be kind enough to fix our back door ASAP?
"We can drill it shut for now but it could do with being replaced with door frame and added bolts.
"Till drawer has been crowbarred open which we can easily replace. Was a quick smash and grab. Alarm system has been smashed off the wall.
"Police were called and were here in minutes thankfully. Forensics will hopefully be out first thing and we'll be open as normal. Only bonus is we had a good bit of evidence left behind."
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "We’re investigating after a pub on Worcester Street, Stourbridge, was broken into shortly after 3.20am this morning (1 March).
"Money was stolen from the premises and our enquires into what happened are continuing.
"We would ask anyone with information that could help our officers to call 101, or use the Live Chat option on our website quoting incident number 459 of 1 March."
Anyone who can help with repairs can call the pub on 01384 395 398.
