'It will improve accessibility': Dudley medical centre to close at end of the month - here are the details so far
A Black Country medical centre will close at the end of the month, after merging with a nearby practice.
Bath Street Medical Centre, in the Sedgley area of Dudley, will close on October 31.

All patients will now be transferred to the Coseley Medical Centre, just under two miles away.
The Bath Street practice said the move would ''improve the quality and accessibility' of services.
The change comes after the Black Country Integrated Care Board approved plans for the Bath Street practice to merge with Coseley Medical Centre, in Avenue Road..
In a letter that is being sent out to patients, the Bath Street medical team wrote: "We understand that changes in your healthcare can be concerning, and we want to assure you that the merger aims to improve the quality and accessibility of services available to you.
"Out team at Coseley Medical Centre, alongside the current Bath Street staff, look forward to welcoming you and continuing to provide the high standard of care you expect."
