Woman taken to hospital after four-car crash in Netherton

Police and paramedics were called to a four-car crash in Netherton today.

One woman was taken to Russells Hall Hospital with minor injuries after the crash at the junction of Cinder Bank and Swan Street at about 3.10pm.

Jordan Eggington, spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service, said: "We were called by police at 3.12pm to a road traffic collision involving four vehicles at the junction of Cinder Bank and Swan Street in Netherton.

"We sent one ambulance to the scene and treated one patient, a woman, for minor injuries and she was conveyed to Russell’s Hall Hospital for further treatment.”

West Midlands Police has been asked for a comment.
