Isabelle, known as Izzie, was a rear seat passenger in the Skoda Fabia that crashed into a tree in Bromley Lane, in Kingswinford, on Tuesday, October 13.

Joshua Parkes, Lucy Tibbetts and Nathan Cartwright also died following the crash. Another teenager, also aged 16, is in a critical but stable condition in hospital.

Today, Isabelle's family paid tribute to her – saying that she "will live on in all our hearts".

In a statement, the family said: "Izzie, was so perfect, such a kind loving person, her pretty face and tiny body with such a big full heart, her kind, crazy, cheeky ways and hearty laugh where just a tiny sprinkle of the magic and happiness we shared.

"Izzie was so loved cherished and adored by so many family and friends and we were so truly blessed to have her in our lives which has been so tragically cut so short.

“Izzie had started a new chapter in her life at Dudley College and her ambition and goals had begun, Izzie had never been happier and this gives us some small comfort, as she goes on her path to heaven in peace.

“We are all so devastated and heartbroken by her loss, and our lives will never be the same again.

"She will now live on in all our hearts and all the wonderful memories of all those who loved her so very much."

It comes as West Midlands Police investigators say a police car was not close to the Skoda when it crashed.

Dozens of photos, flowers, cards and other tributes have since been left at the scene of the crash and hundreds of balloons were released in memory of the victims at Dell Stadium in Brierley Hill on Saturday.

Meanwhile the police investigation into the crash is continuing and anyone with information is asked to get in touch by calling 101 and quoting log 4469 of October 13.
